Job Description
- Responsible for ensuring that the machinery used to produce new and existing products run safely, maximum efficiency and output with cost efficiency.
- This includes applying and supervising total preventative maintenance, managing breakdowns of mechanical and service equipment by people management.
- Carrying out maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment
- Performing periodic inspections on plant, machinery and automated systems
- Scheduling planned and preventive maintenance work
- Intervening immediately in the event of breakdowns, failures or malfunctions
- Responsible for all maintenance operations
- Diagnose breakdown problems
- Design maintenance plans , strategies, procedures and methods
- Monitor and control maintenance costs
- Make all reports about the Maintenance operations
- Supervises the maintenance technicians in order to ensure their commitment to policies & work procedures.
- Anticipates needs, decide on priorities and adjust means and resources
- Fault finding during production.
- Performing planned and predictive maintenance plans.
- Monitor and manage equipment operation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 5-7 years hands-on experience in FMCG " Preferably canned food ".
- Good English Language
- Good Communication skills- Excellent leadership Skills - Problem Solving skills - Able to work under stress - Organized
- Idol caliber must possess (dynamic & Can do attitude, Planning & organizing skills, Time Management)
