Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Accounts Receivables
  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
  • Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
  • Prepare bank deposits.
  • Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database.
  • Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
  • Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas.
  • Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws.
  • Constantly update job knowledge.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Accounting / English Section is a must
  • 1-3 Years of Experience in Finance / Accounting
  • Excellent command of English Lang / computer applications knowledge.
  • Strong communication & customer service skills to answer customers clearly.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Team work oriented.
  • Listening skills.
  • Patience.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work beyond set hours.
