Job Description
- Ensure our guests are constantly delighted with polite, respectful, friendly and effective service
- Ensure we increase the guest satisfaction scores and there are Zero guest complaints.
- Resolving guest complaints in a positive manner that will not compromise our brand image
- Ensure all the set internal processes pertaining to Food Safety, Cleanliness, Hygiene, SOPs, Tools and Equipment’s by GICC and DBI are always followed and excelled
- Conduct all required checklists/ audits daily
- Ensure effective cash control
- Set clear expectations and individual KPIs for the team.
- Ensure daily tracking of the revenue report with the parlors and employees that will ensure we are always focused on sales
- Coordinate with the Training team and ensure the team is trained continuously
- Ensure employee discipline is maintained
- Ensure the team members are driven by integrity and there are no cases of pilferage or stock variance
Job Requirements
- 2+ experience as a fast food restaurant supervisor or fresh graduated from the faculty of tourism and hotels only
- Very good in English
- Maximum Age 30
