Job Description
- Creating standardized templates for Investment Proposals and feasibility studies
- Coordinating with different teams and departments on investments’ proposals, Feasibility study requirements
- Developing risk assessment frameworks
- Developing cash flow projections for different investment projects
- Periodic review of cost estimates of investment propositions in coordination with technical team, finance and purchasing
- Compiling and presenting monthly investment progress reports
- Presenting recommendations based on reports findings
- In-house due diligence for investment pitches
- Follow-up and communication with financing entities
- Developing proposals’ financial evaluation criteria and reviewing applied methods
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- In-depth understanding of asset allocation, investment management, portfolio construction and risk management principles
- High level of expertise across investment categories and vehicle types (mutual funds, ETFs, SMA, etc.)
- Adept at analyzing qualitative and quantitative information to provide investment solutions
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Refined communication skills and strong executive presence; commitment to providing high quality service to advisors
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred
- CFA required
- 10+ years of experience in Financial Services
