Job Responsibilities:
- Study the market and set plans accordingly.
- Set the team objectives
- Monitor the team members performance
- Mentor and support both the sales and marketing team members in their task
- Ensure each sale & marketing team member is following the process and plan
- Adjust the sales and marketing process and plan whenever needed
- Effectively interact, support and cooperate with all company departments and employees to achieve company goals as sales, finance, and operation. Set a good example for subordinates
Sales Leadership Role
- Lead the sales team through a well though strategy to achieve the sales targets
- Propose and review the pricing and discount policies
- Respond to some sales inquiries by phone, electronically or in person and update the sales system promptly
- Prepare, present, sell and negotiate our services to some customers
- Build customer relationships
- Follow up on leads and network (in and out of Adrenalin) to generate new leads
Marketing Leadership Role
- Monitor the effectiveness of the marketing activities
- Search for new marketing opportunities to serve the business
- Attend some of the marketing events sponsored by the company
- Supervise the company branding, marketing, and public relation material production
- Supervise the company digital marketing activities
- Monitor website analytics and search engine and lead to their best outcome
- Supervise and manage company marketing agency tasks and contract
- Monitor the market conditions and competition development to keep our business in the lead
