• Identify opportunities that may be addressed by existing and new technologies as well as evolve the industry's best practices
• Recommend new solutions where current standard framework does not cover existing demand with the focus to improve business process efficiency
• Evaluate support and test new Apps and Solutions in the area of Office 365
• Transform business requirements into functional specifications
• Be an expert in Office 365 Collaboration related topics
• Work with Development, Consulting and Business Intelligence teams to meet project goals
• Manage requests of Collaboration services by assessment of business requirements
