Job Description
YOUR ROLE
- Update all legal distribution contracts with the distributors and Henkel legal affairs department
- Communicate with the distributors to fulfill all the checks of guarantees needed as per Henkel's guidelines
- Steer and follow-up with all key persons on the A/R for (TT - MT - Export)
- Set market credit targets for the distributors
- Organize annual sales training with vendors
- Manage all information & analysis needed from sales, marketing, channel management, and top management departments
Job Requirements
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, or any relevant study
- 5+ years of experience in FMCG traditional trade sales
- Fluent English speaker
- Proficient user of MS Office Applications
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to achieve targets within a specified time frame
