Job Description
- Reports directly to the Operation manager
- Liaise with hotels, suppliers, service providers appointed by the company.
- Responsible for tour files on his/her agenda
- Responsible for checking our system to receive all tour details needed from rooming list, itinerary and destinations
- Book all what tour needs from hotels/Nile cruise/flights/sleeping trains…etc
- Following up with all bookings needed on agenda
- Compiling with the company set turn over time of request.
- Handling clients and customers requests via Internet including communication, creating itineraries, quotations, reservations & operations.
- Handling tour files appointed by the company for reservations and operations.
Job Requirements
- Ability of negotiation in regards to prices with suppliers or hotels that are not contracted by the company.
- Good level of knowledge about various destinations all over Egypt to assist in compiling and creating comprehensive itineraries for customers.
- Good communication skills via telephone, emails or one to one meetings.
- Good knowledge with computers including Internet browsing, emails, word & Excel.
- Good command of English language spoken and written, any extra languages are preferable.
- Ability to communicate, search and negotiate overseas, internal agents and operators to operate outgoing trips for local or resident clients.
