Job Description
- Daily monitoring of stock level for all Local procurement, Planning/ Forecasting, and Purchase order generation.
- Responsible for Procurement planning for Import & Local
- System Reports (Stock Status, Sales and Stock and expiry report)
- Managing the Categorized Products – Stock status & availability
- Generate exceptional reports related to SC department (as requested by department head).
- Responsible for sourcing suitable suppliers in the local & international market with good pricing & payment terms
- Ensure and avoid any out of stock situation resulting in loss of sales.
- To receive products from suppliers in compliance with the company purchase policy and confirmation of receipts.
- Monitoring the stock movement and maintain stock level as per the target.
- To ensure the fullest cooperation to assist and support the Supply Chain team and perform duties assigned by the SC manager.
- To ensure effective response and adherence to on-going guidelines, procedures, standards, policies, and directives issued by the department head.
Job Requirements
- Experience from 3-5 years in FMCG is a must.
- Very good to good English
