Job Description

We are looking for promising talented leader to fill the position of #eMarketing Manager within the emarketing Team, based in Cairo (Both remote and office work conditions will be apply).

In this capacity the #eMarketing Manager be responsible for Managing and developing emarketing strategies and key methods and tools in accordance with the company's strategy to enhance our merchandises market and maximize the ROI.

Also, He/she will be responsible for the following duties:-

  • Participate in SWAT analysis activities periodically and case of urgency, and develop relevant proposals to the company’s competitive advantage strategies.
  • Setting emarketing plans and directions in accordance with sales funnel strategies, determining the appropriate budget, planning the ROI, collaborating efforts, defining the emarketing schedule  for follow-up, measuring campaigns to achieve the targeted return on investment, and take the necessary actions for Improvement and enhancement.
  • Participate in defining brand management strategies and developing promotions, advertising plans and sales offers in coordination with the management and the category manager.
  • Collaborating efforts to define target audiences and excluded groups based on willingness and the power to buy, and studying consumer behavior, interests and demographics.
  • Managing the related processes for identifying emotional triggers and target audience motives to buy the targeted merchandises through brainstorming efforts and a well designed target audience questionnaires.
  • Reviewing all relevant reports to the target audience reviews and evaluations on targeted merchandises, as well as all relevant reports concerning their inquiries, suggestions, and complains to understand the consumer behavior.
  • Managing the processes of creation and development of appropriate social media accounts, insure direct interactions with the followers and target audience, regarding all their inquiries and comments, and managing their complains.
  • Studying emarketing efforts competition reports, regarding traffic, search engines optimization, social media management and email marketing campaigns as well as audiences reviews and evaluations on their merchandises, in addition the details of their promotions on the web.
  • Manage the processes of creating, developing and publishing appropriate commercial and entertainment content to target audience and attracting their attention and interest in our merchandises that meet their needs and provide them with multiple news, information and useful articles that build a point of connection for communication, as well as developing key methods to encourage sharing the content and enhance web traffic and search engine optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with content ranking rules on search engines, clarity, consistency of the content and picking appropriate keywords in order to enhance the content ranking and improve the results of the search engines and the traffic on the company's online store.
  • Mange the processes of developing content topics and setting content schedules through appropriate tools and methods based on the analysis of active followers peak-time, to ensure the content flow and enhance the ROI.
  • Planning for paid digital campaign and take the necessary action to enhance the ads Quality and competition score across the campaigns in terms of cost and ROI.
  • Ensure a proper mailing list segmentation, followers, and the target audience, follow up the ROI on the email campaigns according to the implementation strategies, and running an A/B test to experiment to enhance the email campaigns.
  • Managing, following up and evaluating the plans and methods of all digital ads and video marketing, reviewing all relevant designs such as images and videos, and ensuring compliance according to standards and objectives.
  • Set and develop digital ads and video marketing plans, measure the campaigns performance, and take the necessary action regarding the investment decisions on campaign, according to the performance and ROI.
  • Establishing Affiliate marketing strategies, identify related merchandises, offers details, the type of commission due actions and rates, in addition to set coupons system (vouchers) to encourage customers and e-store visitors to invite their friends and relatives to use the our online-store.
  • Communicating and building relationship with the appropriate social networks influencers, in cooperation with the business development manager to promote our merchandises through their communication channels.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, with a minimum of 7 to 10 years emarketing hands on experience in ecommerce business.
