Main Responsibilities:

  • Call all the new J-Force Agents (Phone Training - Make sure they understand the concept)
  • Call reactivation

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • University graduate, excellent in English is a must
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service-related role/ Tele-Marketing is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
