Responsibilities
- Work on state of the art problems/experimentation.
- Dream ideas/solutions and pragmatically verify assumptions.
- Design/Implement robust/maintainable/reusable code to incubate existing ideas and proof of concepts.
- Understand/modify complex code bases for major products.
- Drive cross-group interactions within the product groups and the Microsoft research community.

Job Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field.
- 4 years of working experience shipping software products (through the full software life-cycle).
- Strong Coding Experience (in a multitude of programming and scripting languages).
- Solid design skills.
- Ability to get quality work done fast (Rapid Prototyping).
- Ability to investigate/understand complex code-bases and implement concepts from technical papers.
- Ability to work independently and explore new concepts with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work on both frontend and backend projects.
- Familiarity with Machine Learning Techniques and Data Sciences.
- Strong communication skills.
- Demonstrable passion for technology and independent pursuit of ideas/projects.
