Job Description
Responsibilities
- Contact business banking customers as per the provided registered lists to promote Business Banking products and offer digital solutions.
- Handle all customers’ requests as per the set turnaround time (TAT) to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Update customer data on the core banking system and ensure verifying customer data according to the set procedures to mitigate any potential risk and ensure data confidentiality.
- Achieve cross selling or upsell for the business banking products set targets on a monthly basis in order to contribute in the achievement of the call center target.

- Bachelor’s degree of Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting or its equivalent
- 0 – 1 year of experience
