Job Description
- Follow up the monthly performance reports of the sales sector.
- Prepare daily reports necessary to follow up the performance of the sales team and link them to reward programs.
- Update the report on the follow - up of the sales academy database - trainers - Training materials - Training hours.
- Analysis of sales team data for each new competition.
- Prepare and equip training programs for the sales team.
- Prepare the budget for the R&R program.
- Participate in the planning and preparation of the annual conference of the sales team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- (2 )years of experience in an equivalent capacity.
- Excellent command in Microsoft Office Applications (Especially Excel).Good command of English (written/spoken).
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate others.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Ability to set clear goals and work towards them.
- Ability to communicate and clarify or explain ideas and goals effectively.
