Job Description

Vendor Management

  • Serve as central point of contact for IT stakeholders and vendors
  • Management of the delivery of IT services through vendors and ensure vendor adherence to Service Level Agreements against contract terms.
  • Regular review of vendor’s performance in accordance with the timely received feedback from the internal service owner.
  • Facilitates the resolution of escalated vendor-related issues.
  • Accountable for all activities associated to vendors with effectively building and maintaining external third party partner/vendor/outsourcing relationships.
  • Monitor IT stakeholders satisfaction and facilitates continuous improvement in the vendor management process.
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) with vendors are in place for different service.
  • Regularly reviews and evaluates internal and external Service Level Agreements to identify areas of improvement.
  • Manages the review and negotiation of all IT vendor agreements
  • Assists in establishing SLA and metrics dashboard including quality measurements.

Policies, Processes and Procedures

  • Follow all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner

Day-to-day Operations

  • Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the Vendor management department to ensure continuity of work

Compliance

  • Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor Degree of Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Officer: Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Good hands-on knowledge of IT Vendor management
  • Very good understanding and awareness of the ITIL Business relationship management process and procedures

Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of IT systems
  • Good Presentation Skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English language
