Store Manager ( Zagazig)

Role objective:

To achieve profitable sales results by effectively managing the store, creating an effective team of staff, and ensuring a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Assist in defining short – term and long – terms strategies for the store and overall retail operations in line with the Alnasser strategy
• Assist in the development of the annual business plan for Alnasser from a sales perspective including sales goals and objectives
• Ensure that all staff adhere to relevant policies and procedures pertaining to the store operations
