Role Purpose:


Responsible for end to end management of Risk Solution Centre training, primarily focussed on the deployment of Building Financial Crime Capability (BFCC) training. The role holder will also provide a full range of support activities to the learning team including MI & Analytics, Invoicing & Finance in addition to ad-hoc regional projects. The role holder is expected to demonstrate a high level of ownership and drive, with strong technical skills, supporting multiple Regional Academy leads in the learning function to deliver a robust learning agenda.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Management of Risk Solution Centre:


• End to end management of Financial Crime Risk training under the Risk solution centre across all countries in MENAT.
• End to end management of the Building Financial Crime Capability including audience validation, assignments, class scheduling, ongoing monitoring, ad-hoc reporting and handling all learner queries related to BFCC.
• Single point of contact for risk solutions, ensuring that the MENAT Learning team is kept fully updated with any changes in the risk solution space.
• Work with the Regional Academy Leads to perform learning needs analysis for Risk solutions, identifying demand and creating appropriate deployment plans to meet learner needs/timelines and business AOP.
• Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.

Analytics & MI


• Develop and deliver learning MI to support the learning function, enabling the Regional Academy leads to carry out informed discussions with the business
• Perform analysis of key learning metrics and provide ongoing insights into learning trends
• Produce MI from various learning platforms to meet adhoc reporting needs
• Generate Learning packs on periodic basis containing high level learning updates and country/business specific reporting to support decision making

Finance & Invoice
• Periodic tracking of learning spend per academy, with close monitoring of spend vs AOP
• Monthly accrual reporting for all LOB/Functions
• Perform AssureNet reconciliation for the MENAT Learning cost centre on monthly basis
• End to end invoice management for all L&D related invoices, ensuring that all invoices are processed on time and drive efficiencies in invoice settlement across region.
• Working with internal stakeholders (Finance, Accounts payable etc.) to ensure that invoices are cleared within the agreed SLAs.
• Support in tracking and engaging with GP to ensure that Invoice Management is robust and up to date

Job Requirements

Experience and Qualifications:

Essential:


• Strong Financial skill, able track spend vs AOP, prepare accrual report and perform monthly

reconciliation
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills with ability to create dashboard and generate reports
• Excellent skills in creating quality presentations and power point decks
• Excellent reporting, analytics and MI skills
• Ability to draw insights from diverse range of data points
• Invoice processing, with strong attention to detail to identify discrepancies
• Excellent planning and organisational skills with experience of working under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritise workload effectively
• Ability to work independently to drive a learning agenda
• Strong follow-up skills and ability to consolidate input from multiple sources

Desirable:


• Experience in supporting an HR team previously
• Generic understanding of the learning function
• Customer centric and able to respond to learner queries in an engaging and helpful manner
