Job Description
- Data Filling
- Follow up sheet data entry –Customs
- Shipment information in database follow up sheets daily
- Follow up with truck drivers to ensure shipments deliveries
- Receive shipments notifications from Foreign purchasing specialist
- Assist Revise Shipping documents drafts
- Maintain communication with purchasing-warehouse-financial and production departments to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Assist-issue paper work for the banks for custom clearance
- Follow up for samples receiving and clearance and maintain records
- Assist-Coordinate costing with the custom clearance and the financial department
- Work with purchasing, warehouse to resolve any issues with incoming orders
- Assist –Follow up with the custom clearance and the trucks to insure on time delivery
- Assist- Issue paper work for warehouse
- Inform purchasing with any discrepancies
- Track shipments arrivals and follow up with the financial team
- Communicating with freight forwarders for freight quotes
- Coordinating with the accounting department for the customs fees/ sample fees , Ensure to avoid all unnecessary cost , Demur rage and detention charges to ensure the time arrival of materials .
- Assist collecting and Revising insurance policies for shipments
