Job Description
- Review technical documents ( Specs., drawings, vendor list).
- Review financial conditions ( payment method, contract type, initial warranty )..
- Making breakdown analysis for all items. e- Getting quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare any inquiry for missing information in the tender.
- Making a study of direct cost and indirect cost.
- Preparing the tender documents, complete financially and technically.
- Participate in the final price negotiations with the owner
Job Requirements
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in HVAC, firefighting is a must
