Job Description
As an Implementation Engineer, you play a critical role in the testing, configuration, deployment, and launch of mission-critical enterprise solutions. You will be working together with the Project Manager and Account Manager from the early phases of the Project to plan a smooth and successful delivery. Your day-to-day routine includes:
- Participate in onsite meetings throughout the project cycle and into support
- Identifying implementation bottlenecks and issues
- Setup and configuration of Applications
- Setup and configuration of On-Premise/Cloud Network
- Functional Testing and troubleshooting
- Technical Training for Support Teams
- Functional Training for End users
- Support in Pilot Testing
Job Requirements
- Software Development using Javascript-based framework is required
- Previous implementations experience
- Foundational knowledge of Networking, Data Centers, and Active Directory required.
- DevOps experience is a huge plus
- Enterprise Management and Concept of Operations discipline knowledge
- Attention to detail and effective Problem-Solving skills. Proactive and self-motivation is expected.
- Ability to interact effectively with Peers, Project Leads, and Key Stakeholders.
