Job Description
- Customer reception and guidance.
- Receive the order from the client and registered on the system to prepare in the kitchen.
- Follow up the needs of customers and their satisfaction with the food provided.
- Print the customer's invoice and receive the money.
- Say goodbye to customers in a way that leaves a positive impression.
- Supervision of the restaurant and its needs.
- Manage assistants fully.
- Preparation of schedules and approval of licenses, permits, rewards and penalties.
- Give a daily report to the direct manager.
- Provide necessary guidance to the working group.
- Provide theoretical and practical training for new employees.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years experience as Captain Order.
- Preferably qualified tourism and hotels or any parallel study.
- It is preferable to work in the field of hotel services.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Full-time and not to engage in other work.
