Job Description
- Trade and consumer scheme plan and execution.
- Prepare, track and control marketing spend.
- Negotiate with vendors for Display units, POSM and GWP prices.
- Manage online business.
- Manage Digital marketing with the help of an agency.
- Manage promotion and brand activation activity with the help of an agency.
- New product launch, Planogram and ROI calculation.
- Trail generation activities – plan and execution
- Plan and manage BTL activities and spend.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Train & manage Ushers & Merch with the sales team.
- Regular market visit to monitor display, price, promotion & competitor activities and prepare improvement and counter-strategy to achieve goals.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing/retail position in FMCG /consumer goods
- Strong knowledge of FMCG retail business management & Category management skills
- Negotiation and rationalization skills
- Expert in MS-Office software
- Fluency in English is preferred
- Must have a driving license and a car.
