Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Contribution to a specific HR tool, provide administrative support: Data analysis, monitoring and ensuring data quality and creating relevant documentation.
- Analysis of factual information and possible solutions, makes recommendations through knowledge and professional experience.
- Answers questions and explains facts, practices, policies, etc. to external and internal parties related to the global HR processes and information services in the scope, consulting process owners when necessary to achieve resolution and needed guidance for the user.
- Provides continuous update to the team about information in own area.
- Support in assigned HR CoE Resourcing and Employment projects.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- University or college degree
- 1-2 years relevant experience
- Good spoken and written English
- Advanced MS office user, especially in Excel
- Likes to work with data and tools, has advanced analytical skills
- Strong sense of confidentiality
- Attention to details, precise, carries out tasks/activities according to assignment and set guidelines
- Autonomously performs tasks with a moderate level of supervision and within guidelines and policies
- Delivers results with a short-term, operational focus
- Team player and collaborator, builds good relationships with other stakeholders
- Highly motivated, self-organized
