- Pharmacies Division Director
Job Description:
- Set and implement outlets expansion plans.
- Selection of New outlets and got it after approvals.
- Hiring, developing and apprise Staff from pharmacies, assistant and delivery through Human resource announced steps.
- Coach, guide and Council team members in his managerial zone.
- Frequently share with management the developing plans for team members, outlets and business attributes in his managerial zone.
- Managing daily pharmacies business from work schedules, disciplinary duties, reviewing stocks, approving orders, follow sales momentum and any other outlet activities
Job Requirements
- 3-year experience in pharmacies business with one year in managerial level at least.
- Team player with high communication skills.
- High level of negotiation skills.
- Based in Cairo.
