Audit and review all the accounting documents / reports to ensure their accuracy. (Example reconciliation, journal vouchers, entries…etc.)
Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all financial data.
Ensure the accurate and timely processing of all accounting transactions.
Supervise the general ledger staff to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
Monitors revenue and expenses while coordinating collection, consolidation and review of all financial data.
Prepare monthly and annual reports on expenditures and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Develops and implements the required processes and procedures to enhance the workflow and productivity of the department
Regulates internal controls to maintain financial security.
Protects company’s privacy, integrity and value by keeping information confidential.
Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
10+ Year of experience in accounting, in industrial companies, preferably companies working in printing field.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles.
Preferably if had experience in using ERP systems.
Proficiency with computers, especially bookkeeping software and MS Office.
