Job Description
- Acts as the advisor by providing well informed and appropriate advice to clients about where and when to travel based on their traveling needs.
- Handles Outbound operational activities.
- Build relationships with existing clients to understand their business needs.
- Responsible for flight, travel insurance and accommodation arrangements.
- Assists in Planning, assigning and supervising work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
