Job Description
- Coordinating sales team activities, following up on leads and website ads.
- Regular management and update of customers database.
- Make follow up calls with customers.
- Maintain an ongoing relationship with the customers by following up on their requests and updates through accurate feedback entry on CRM.
- Handle incoming and outgoing sales correspondences (emails, phone calls, message …)
- Fulfill a target of outbound calls per month with high quality and measured results
- Handle and coordinate sales team requirements.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English is a must
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- IT background is a plus
- Strong follow up, tracking and organization skills
- Good communication skills
