Job Description
Additive manufacturing, also known as 3d printing, is a new disruptive technology that will displace conventional manufacturing process. Our mission is to make this new technology more affordable and accessible in emerging markets.
If you are talented enough and willing to join a startup company, we are excited to have you on board.
Your main responsibility is to manage and execute all business/commercial related tasks, including but may be not limited to the following:
- Develop marketing strategy to increase audience, build a community, communicate the value and trigger emotions.
- Research and analyze consumer needs, competitor offerings, product specifications and pricing, campaign results and conversion rates.
- Develop growth strategy, including sales and retail planning, new markets acquisition and raising funds.
- Manage marketing operations, including company website and social media, develop marketing campaigns, contents and visuals.
- Manage Human resources operations, including structural planning, staffing needs plan, hiring and acquiring new talents.
Job Requirements
- Good knowledge in the areas of business developing, marketing and sales planning, organizing, coordinating and assessment, management and organizational skills.
- University degree in business, communication or related discipline.
- Excellent communication, writing and storytelling skills.
- Spoken and written proficiency in English.
- Good knowledge of different online marketing channels including website, social media, email marketing, etc.
- Capacity to develop creative contents and visuals for marketing including newsletters and emails with basic photo shooting and video editing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google suite, drive, etc.
- Basic knowledge of web analysis tools.
- Startup mentality with a strong level of independence and efficiency.
- Capacity to learn and constantly develop oneself.
- Analytic driven and result oriented.
