Job Description
- Functional functions of the contracting profession
- Developing and updating contracts in connection with additional services or deleting any of the services agreed in the original contract of the Corporation.
- Signing the contracts in coordination with the concerned parties in the company and keeping the original copies of the contracts concluded in the places allocated to them.
- Inform the Head of Procurement and Contracts Section about any deviations or excesses of contracting conditions
- Review and update existing contracts and explain terms and conditions to managers and interested parties.
- Follow up the validity of contracts to determine the dates of renewal when required.
- Participate in the supplier evaluation process for compliance with contractual terms.
- Analyze the potential risks involved in the terms of the contract
