Job Description
- Manage Users on domain controller (Create users, Rest Passwords, Enable or disable users).
- Install and set up Backup & Antivirus Agent on the workstation. • Performs Monthly Preventive Maintenance according to SOP. • Provide technical support for all users (Printers, computers (Laptop, Desktop), scanner, etc.).
- Set up a workstation for new users like operating system, programs, and Email.
- Ensure that the company policies applied to all computers.
- Ensure that the internet, internal and external network is working.
- Train the new users on the best use for the devices and software
- Responsible to keep all backup data on computers and Email Account. job requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position.
- Excellent command of English Language. (Technical)
- Excellent IT, communication, leadership and management skills.
