Job Description

  • The main responsibilities to teach our clients/ student the following :
  • Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams
  • Determine key supply chain KPIs
  • Suggest solutions for process improvements
  • Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
  • Train and evaluate others
  • Provide constructive feedback
  • Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors
  • Build and maintain good relationships with vendors

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS, advanced degree preferred
  • Min 4 years in supply chain management roles, ideally in start-ups and/or established companies, with leveraged global supply chains and high-tech hardware products;
  • Direct experience across all key facets of outsourced manufacturing management, especially the business ownership elements: procurement, logistics, inventory management, cost reduction, product availability, direct fulfillment, logistics, RMA
  • ERP system and process experience
  • Experience leading and participating in continuous improvement/lean mfg/Kaizen efforts, especially with strategic, global supply chain partners
