Job Description
- The main responsibilities to teach our clients/ student the following :
- Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams
- Determine key supply chain KPIs
- Suggest solutions for process improvements
- Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Train and evaluate others
- Provide constructive feedback
- Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors
- Build and maintain good relationships with vendors
Job Requirements
- BA/BS, advanced degree preferred
- Min 4 years in supply chain management roles, ideally in start-ups and/or established companies, with leveraged global supply chains and high-tech hardware products;
- Direct experience across all key facets of outsourced manufacturing management, especially the business ownership elements: procurement, logistics, inventory management, cost reduction, product availability, direct fulfillment, logistics, RMA
- ERP system and process experience
- Experience leading and participating in continuous improvement/lean mfg/Kaizen efforts, especially with strategic, global supply chain partners
