Job Description
- Studies/Reviews (whether new or existing) projects technically.
- Creates design report during concept stage.
- Plans time schedules of deliverables.
- Attends/participates in internal coordination meetings with other disciplines.
- Carries out design calculations (Hydraulic Calculations, Pipe Sizing), and machinery selection.
- Designs according to local, British and GCC utilities’ rules, regulations, design guides, codes and standards.
- Models/prepares design (3D Models, Drawings, Documents, Specs and BOQ)
- Creates RFIs, and implements responses.
- Performs model coordination with other disciplines.
- Reviews work (submission) technically and graphically prior to submission.
Job Requirements
- Years of experience in Plumbing design: (7 - 9) years.
- Experience in residential, educational, and hospitality projects design of more than 5 years.
- Professional "Autodesk Revit" user.
- Excellent technical report writing capabilities.
- Excellent English language reader, writer and listener.
- Proven leadership skills (for future career advancement).
