Job Description
- Prepare realistic project schedule using appropriate too such as Primavera and MS project
- Prepare competitive bids for new projects
- Calculate Optimal Material requirement, Manpower Requirement for each stage of the project
- Coordinate with the project manager and different departments to ensure good execution of the plan
- Plan for the budget required for the project and monitor expenses as the project is executed
- Create cash flow forecasts for each project
- Coordinate with the client to ensure efficient execution for the project
- Collect periodic updates and prepare daily, weekly and monthly updates of the project
- Create progress reports using ERP system
Job Requirements
You are:
Experience in sewage and water infrastructure is highly preferable - (Pipe networks (gravity and pressured /Water pump station / sewage pump station /water and sewage Treatment Plants)
- Smart, motivated and eager to learn
- Excellent work ethic and discipline
- Have a relevant degree in this field
- Strong work experience
