Job Description

  • Communicate directly with customers and understand their requirements.
  • Receive customers’ requests/complaints, do the internal task assignations and track them until getting done/solved.
  • Monitor tasks progress, solve relevant problems and maintain the process flow smooth internally and externally.
  • Deliver data to customers as appropriate.
  • Prepare project status/reports when requested.
  • Participate in developing new procedures that help facilitating the flow of handling customers’ requests and complaints.

Job Requirements

  • English: Fluent (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
  • Bachelor Degree of Engineering (Electrical power – communications – Electronics - Control)
  • Fast learning
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel is a must)
