Job Description
- Communicate directly with customers and understand their requirements.
- Receive customers’ requests/complaints, do the internal task assignations and track them until getting done/solved.
- Monitor tasks progress, solve relevant problems and maintain the process flow smooth internally and externally.
- Deliver data to customers as appropriate.
- Prepare project status/reports when requested.
- Participate in developing new procedures that help facilitating the flow of handling customers’ requests and complaints.
Job Requirements
- English: Fluent (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
- Bachelor Degree of Engineering (Electrical power – communications – Electronics - Control)
- Fast learning
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel is a must)
