Job Description
- Request for PDA & negotiate it to reach the best possible costs
- Monitoring the vessel’s movement/bunker &water rob + inserting noon reports in excel sheet along with checklist document arrangements and preparations
- Monitoring cargo readiness/cargo operation and arrange all required procedures and survey if required
- Prepare l/time calculation.
- Checking cargo documents at loading ports & discharging ports, also managing all important documents related to vessel or cargo, such as bs/l, s.o.f, and NOR.
- Booking bunker & lube oil + freshwater.
- Arrange crew change for the fleet, liaise with technical department& management in this respect.
- Notice vessel’s PANDI club in case of an accident OR OTHER INQUIRES.
- Following payments of P.D/A & bunker + others supplies in coordination with our account department
- Filling all information, data & documents in vessels data in our system/company data
- The Candidate is responsible for the monitoring of the fleet's performance and taking care of vessels' needs while at sea or in port.
- Maintains constant communications with our Ship Masters and agents worldwide and takes all the appropriate steps to keep owner-manager interest
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of commercial degree or similar qualification
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Professional Experience
- From 1-5 years of experience shipping field
- Excellent command of the English language is a must.
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook
- Professional Negotiation skills
