- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
- Report to the Sales Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results.
- Keep records of calls and transactions and record useful information.
- Build and maintain a database of past and prospective clients.
- Support Marketing & Sales Director in establishing meetings and developing proposals for clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new markets, customer needs, and initiate leads.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients to open new business opportunities.
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing with terms and conditions.
- Develops clear and reasonable written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in selling SAP or Oracle or Microsoft products.
- Track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Strong Customer Service skills.
- Must have good negotiation skills.
- Having a car is a plus.
- Should have Strong knowledge in Sales techniques.
