Job Summary:
Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems, as well install applications and programs. Technical Support Engineer responsibilities include resolving network issues, configuring operating systems, solving website issues and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, Cameras.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Providing technical support.
- Troubleshooting system.
- Solving network problems.
- Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Good verbal and written English
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic knowledge in using Adobe creative suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Excellent knowledge in HTML and CSS.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
