Job Description

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Generate new business and achieve sales targets
  • Formulate clear plan to grow Advansys ESC within the defined territory including target industries and customers with expected revenues by business
  • Support Business Development team with insights on customer needs based on the ongoing discussions and market awareness
  • Support in competitor intelligence ensuring we are fully aware of our competition, their strengthens and weaknesses to support in winning business
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Promoting the organization and products.

Job Requirements

  • Experienced in Industrial Automation & Software Solutions Sales (PLC, SCADA, WMS, and conveying systems)
  • Managed accounts in 3PL, Food & Beverage, E-commerce, appliances, and Automotive
  • Technical background (engineering or computer science graduate)
  • Managed Multinational Accounts/Local Enterprises
  • Magnificent in building relationships and in negotiations
  • Ability to identify and create needs within customers
