Job Description
You will work in an environment full of energy and you will be responsible for:
- Determining clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Advanced negotiation processes and closing deals.
- Attend meetings, events, and perform cold calls.
- Prepare the necessary report (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc).
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Present, promote and sell Properties using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Carry out all the functions assigned by the direct manager
Job Requirements
- Gender: Any .
- Residence New Cairo or near
- Experience starts from 2 up to 4 years.
- Real estate background is a must.
- Excellent presentation/ communication/ negotiation & leadership skills/Target oriented.
- Ability to verbally communicate effectively with visitors and clients.
