Job Description

You will work in an environment full of energy and you will be responsible for:

  • Determining clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Advanced negotiation processes and closing deals.
  • Attend meetings, events, and perform cold calls.
  • Prepare the necessary report (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc).
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Present, promote and sell Properties using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Carry out all the functions assigned by the direct manager

Job Requirements

  • Gender: Any .
  • Residence New Cairo or near
  • Experience starts from 2 up to 4 years.
  • Real estate background is a must.
  • Excellent presentation/ communication/ negotiation & leadership skills/Target oriented.
  • Ability to verbally communicate effectively with visitors and clients.
