Specific Description:

  • A Digital Marketing Specialist is as the name implies a guru when it comes to the marketing section. This person will be responsible over presenting the brand of Odiggo to the right audience using the right means.
  • The main goal is to expose Odiggo to the public and be the reason behind obtaining new leads. This person will handle all the different aspects of the marketing division whether online or offline. This includes handling the brand guidelines, the social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, etc..) and the advertising scheme through the Odiggo platform.
  • The Marketing Specialist will also be responsible over marketing partnerships and public relations in general.

Job Description:

  • Design marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
  • Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts)
  • Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness
  • Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
  • Become the main channel towards obtaining orders to the platform
  • Communicate with the Operations and Business Development teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Develop key strategies for different customer demographics
  • Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
  • Monitor ROI and KPIs
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
  • Conduct public relation work based on potential marketing partnerships
  • Obtain direct revenue stream from partnerships
  • Create and manage Ad campaigns on all social media channels
  • Conduct on-ground marketing campaigns according to needs
  • Design and deliver all marketing material needed internally or externally
  • Report back to the CEO and BD Manager
  • Attend weekly board meetings for assessment of performance

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 2 - 4 years of experience as Digital Media Specialist or Digital Marketing Manager or similar role
  • Good knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator or other media editing software
  • Basic Knowledge of web design
  • Experience with content creation and management
  • Knowledge on Google Ads and Ads on Social media channels
  • Visionary with eye for details
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Additional qualification in web design or animation is a plus
