Job Description
- Recruitment - OD - training Experience.
- Manage end to end recruitment cycle (attract, source, select and offer management) and drive a proactive fulfillment of business requirements through developing an extensive network/talent pool in the market.
- Experience with hiring Blue Collars is a must.
- Assists in handling the training process (training needs analysis – training Plan – scheduling training sessions – keep accurate records of all training – individual & overall training evaluation – employee training record)

- Min 3 years experience
- Bachelor of Commerce
- Age: 25 to 30 years max
- Military Service Status: Complete
- Manufacturing experience (FMCG is a plus)
- Very Good command of English language
