Job Description
- Conduct market and technology research and analysis, and compile detailed reports and studies
- Conceptualize and Develop the architecture of large scale integrated Business IT and Security Solutions, and put together feasible technical solutions
- Research, identify, shortlist, and manage communication with suppliers and partners within the context of proposed solutions and initiatives
- Develop sales and technical presentations for proposed solutions, and work closely with presales to compile full technical and financial proposals
- Develop business and technical feasibility studies for proposed initiatives
- Perform presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts to C-level executives and senior government officials
- Coordinate with Product Management, Software Development, R&D, Technical Operations, and Presales teams
Job Requirements
- Degree in Computer Engineering or Science; MBA is a plus
- Cumulative experience of 8+ years, with at least 5 within similar role
- Proven expertise in conceiving, architecting and designing large scale integrated Software and Security Solutions across different industries and technology platforms
- Proficiency in market and technology research and analysis
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting feasibility studies and developing proposals
- Effective suppliers management skills
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills in both English and Arabic
- Strong project management capabilities
- Good understanding of finance and accounting principles, especially budgeting
Having subject matter expertise in at least three of the following domains, sorted by priority, with a good level of familiarity within the others:
- Digital Transformation, Digital Customer Experience, and AI-Powered Solutions (RPA, BPM, ECM, ESB/GSB, Case Management, e-Correspondence, e-Services, Chatbots, Data Capture, Document Understanding, Analytics, etc.)
- Insurance and Medical Claims Management
- Electronic Payment (EBPP, Prepaid Systems, Fare Collection, WPS, Clearing House, etc.)
- Homeland Security / Law Enforcement Systems
- Safe and Smart Cities (Access Control, Surveillance, ANPR, Electronic Tolling, etc.)
