Job Description
- Oversee IT operations and supervise systems and IT staff
- Develop strategy as it relates to the organization's IT infrastructure (computer and information systems , security , communication systems )
- Consult senior level stakeholders across the organization to identify business and technology needs to optimize the use of information technology
- Ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT services by monitoring systems performance
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies , hardware and software
- Ensure network components meet needs and work together seamlessly , using the full range of capabilities , and stay informed about new features and competitive solutions
- continuously analyze current process , technologies , and vendors to identify areas of improvement
- Train employees on both software and hardware troubleshoot , and provide technical support when needed
- Develop and execute disaster procedures , and maintain data backups
- Mange and coordinates all IT related matters including data , wireless communications , mobile technology , telephony , security , cameras ,and computer hardware and software
- Trouble shoots and solve problems related to hardware , software and network problems
Daily responsibilities :
- System backup
- Performance tuning
- Managing server storage
- Follow up with Oracle support
- Support business team in daily operation
- Observe windows server 2003 , 2012 / Mail system / Microsoft Exchange / Microsoft firewall products / Cisco firewall / and all other hardware and products
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree with a technical major ( engineering or computer science )
- At least 10-15 years of experience 5 of them as IT Manager in a similar manufacturing environment.
- Problem solver and critical thinker.
- Analytical mind and research orientation
- Excellent verbal and writing skills
- Project and time management skills
- Outstanding communication , interpersonal and leadership skills
- Microsoft systems certifications is a must
