Job Description

Job Summary:

Developing, updating, and maintaining the Quality Assurance system as per Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), notifying production, planning, and operations management on all non-conforming products, as well as following up on department goal achievements and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Technical & Executive:

  • Developing, maintaining, and updating the quality assurance system as per GMP for all the company functions.
  • Establishing clearly defined quality assurance standards and specifications based on international guidelines and regulations that ensure compliance of processes with GMP and quality standards.
  • Notifying production, planning, and operations management on all non-conforming products/ operations within the company plants, while recommending Quality – related modifications.
  • Reviewing, evaluating, and approving all documents generated by all departments within the Quality Assurance function including APR, Variance Notice, Complaints, Validation Protocols, P.V, …etc.
  • Following up on department goal achievements and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while managing and providing support regarding subordinate’s issues arising.
  • Developing and maintaining protocols and controls to standardize investigation and documentation procedures.
  • Overseeing investigation procedures to ensure their proper implementation in addition to guaranteeing the investigation of product modifications when needed.
  • Communicating all non-conformities of processes or products to the concerned functions in plant to ensure that the proper corrective actions are implemented.
  • Monitoring the analysis of performance by reviewing the gathered data and the developed statistical reports and charts, and comparing results to defined quality parameters.
  • Reviewing, evaluating, and approving all documents generated by the company functions as well as preparing related QA reports.

Job Requirements

  • Education: B.Sc. degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent, M.Sc. degree is preferred.
  • Experience: 10-13 years of experience in relevant field.
