Job Description
We are looking for a talented, creative & dynamic marketing specialist to manage field / offline marketing activities for our brands and for the clients' brands.
- Working with the marketing head in the implementation of the marketing plans for all brands and all markets in which our company is operating
- Conduct market studies regarding new trends, products and customer needs.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate the company's and the clients events as conferences, workshops, convoys, campaigns .. etc
- Propose new promotion plans, ideas and initiatives and discuss them with the marketing head.
- Prepare market/customer surveys, analyze the data, communicate results and take actions based on them
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
- Develop effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth for our brands and the clients' brands.
- Follow up with the advertising agencies for the marketing materials design, production, and execution.
- Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Carry out the ATL/BTL activities in the market
- Assist in digital and social media marketing activities
- Perform a wide variety of related tasks as business needs demand, and other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Excellent research & analysis skills
- Medical, real estate or retail industries' background is a plus
- Digital marketing background is preferred
- Strong skills in using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Asyut resident is a MUST
- Creative, problem-solver or willing to be
- Talented, & has the passion about the marketing
- Self-motivated, & has a positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent English and Arabic written and spoken
