Job Description
- Welcomes visitors and patients to the clinic
- Answers or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors.
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls.
- Provide information to callers.
- Greet persons entering organization.
- Direct persons to correct destination.
- Deal with queries from the public and customers.
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments.
- Receive payment by cash, credit cards.
- Social media moderation
Work Conditions:
- Full time 2 pm to 10 pm ( 6 days /week)
- 1 day off ( Friday)
