Role description:
The ideal candidate gets to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, results-driven environment. Applicants must have experience informing designs through critical design thinking, rationalizing for Business to Business or Business to customer systems, websites, mobile devices, and handheld.
Main activities:

Execute UXD projects independently working with stakeholders to diagnose business and user needs

Drive UX projects through User Centered Design methods and processes.

Plan and conduct primary and secondary user research

Create and convert user insights into concept designs
-
Present compelling design concepts as part of UX strategy

Lead all interaction design activities including visual design co-ordination with global designers.

Present design decisions to the stakeholders backed up by strong experience design principles

Trigger business discussions with program managers and other C level client team members
-
Manage communication at all levels and be responsible for project deliverable with quality on time
-
Coordinate with technology teams to bring designs to reality.
