Job Description
Senior Technician:
- Pneumatic and Hydraulic failures troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Providing and producing periodic reports on operational cost and condition of equipment as needed.
- Ensuring that all equipment is well maintained, repaired, returned and re-installed to production status and that all safety procedures are followed properly.
- Tracking analyzing and improving key maintenance parameters such as MTBF, MTTR, Technical availability .. etc
- Conducting preventive and corrective maintenance measures to assure safety, energy management and compliance with rules and regulations.
- Documentation of operating standards.
- Proper execution and implementation of preventive maintenance orders, corrective maintenance orders and predictive maintenance orders according to the direct supervisor plans and priorities.
Job Requirements
- Very good experience with pharmaceutical machines and production line.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Production machines maintenance system in Pharmaceutical field for Solid dosage and injectable plants
- Excellent understanding for cGMP requirements
- High follow up and coordination.
- Very good Arabic and English language.
- SAP skills is preferred
- Excellent knowledge in PLC, HMI, IPC, SCADA, Inverters systems (programming and troubleshooting).
- Ability for recommending spare parts and machines performance improvement
- Ability for electrical and mechanical drawings reading to determine and avoid root causes of failures
- Bachelor or Diploma degree in Automation equivalent.
