Job Description

  • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories
  • Serves as the day-to-day manager of office logistics; manages accounts receivable and payable, mail processing, and manages office protocols including IT, equipment, phone protocols, et; provides backup support to the rest of staff answering phones
  • Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, and follows up appropriately
  • Sets up meeting files, presentation development, sets meeting agendas, prepares promotional materials, researches required information or background on organizations and individuals
  • Prepares travel arrangements, expense reports, and all items needed to ensure the CEO’s successful focus on external relations and organizational growth; plans coordinates and ensures the CEO’s schedule is followed.
  • Supervising and monitoring the work staff and reviewing and implementing the company's health and safety policy
  • Providing feedback to managers and provide a weekly schedule of planned activities
  • Accounts manager for all technical services and online accounts
