Job Description
- Your main responsibilities will be mainly monitoring and listening to recorded sessions for quality assurance
- You will play a major role in selecting, interviewing, and hiring for new teachers.
- You might replace any teacher for his class if any in case of emergencies that caused not attending the class on spot.
- You will support the education manager on orientation sessions for new teachers
- You should help in answering new teachers questions' about trial sessions, system practice, and material and curriculum usage whenever needed.
- Helping in supporting education manager in modifying material if needed.
Job Requirements
- Native or fluent English language.
- At least 2-3 years experience in same position.
- Passion to learn and development.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Perfect team player.
- Excellent time management skills.
- High Leadership skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to listen and respect others' opinions.
